These terms govern your use of Sopatel Silmandé services
By accessing our services and making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or using Sopatel Silmandé services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Burkina Faso.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and become confirmed upon receipt of payment or the requested guarantee. The hotel reserves the right to decline any reservation without justification.
3. Payment
Payment may be made upon arrival or online. We accept cash (CFA Francs), Visa/Mastercard bank cards and bank transfers. All rates are expressed in CFA Francs (FCFA).
4. Cancellation & Modification
Free cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night's stay. Special conditions may apply for promotional rates.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are required to respect the hotel's rules: not disturb other guests, respect common areas, not introduce outsiders without authorization and not damage equipment.
6. Liability
Sopatel Silmandé declines all liability for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings, except in case of proven hotel negligence. A safe is available in each room and at the front desk.
7. Personal Data
Information collected during your booking is used exclusively for managing your stay. It is not transmitted to third parties without your consent, in accordance with Burkinabè data protection regulations.
8. Changes to Terms
Sopatel Silmandé reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. We encourage you to check this page regularly.
